Frequently Asked Questions
Some families need assistance outside regular business hours. Please contact us to
discuss after-hours availability for in-home euthanasia and any emergency pet cremation
options we may offer. We’ll do our best to accommodate your needs during urgent
times.
After your pet is entrusted to our care, they are respectfully prepared for cremation at
our facility. Families may choose either private or communal cremation. With private
cremation, your pet is cremated individually, and their cremated remains are returned to
you. With communal cremation, pets are cremated together and the remains are not
returned.
The cremation process typically takes several hours depending on the size of the pet
and the services selected. When private cremation is chosen, cremated remains are
usually returned to the family within a few days.
The cost of pet cremation depends on the type of service selected, such as private or
communal cremation, as well as any memorial items chosen. Please contact us for
current pricing and available options.
Yes. When private cremation is selected, your pet is cremated individually, and their
cremated remains are returned to you. This option ensures your pet is cared for
separately throughout the process.
Some families prefer to be present or have a private farewell before cremation. Private
viewing and farewell options may be available. Please contact us to discuss availability.
We offer several memorial options to help families remember their pets, including
memorial urns, clay paw prints, ink paw prints, and other keepsake items. These
memorials provide a lasting way to honor the bond you shared with your companion.
Yes. Families are welcome to bring their pet directly to our facility. Please contact us in
advance so we can prepare for your arrival and ensure we are able to assist you when
you arrive.
If your pet passes away at home, please contact us and we will guide you through the
next steps. We can help arrange transportation or schedule a time for you to bring your
pet to our facility.
